The Anticoagulation Forum is pleased to announce our first international Anticoagulation Boot Camp held in conjunction with SOMETH. This compact 2-day meeting provides a comprehensive curriculum that covers the essential aspects of anticoagulation, disease state, and drug management. Engaging discussion around quality improvement, new agents and special situations will benefit all practitioners and daily “chalk talks” will allow for attendee participation to shape the topics. The model will have a limited enrollment in order to provide ample time for Q&A and personal interaction with our expert faculty. All past programs have sold out and we anticipate strong interest as we offer this program regionally.
