If paying by check, you will be redirected to an invoice page as the last step of the online registration process. Please print that page and include a copy of the invoice with your payment.   • Refund of registration fees may be requested by email to
  • For cancellations received on/before March 15, 2021, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
  • Substitutions may be made at any time without an additional charge.
  • No cancellations may be requested after March 15, 2021.
